Join personal trainer, yoga teacher and group fitness instructor Regina Rocke for this 4 week small group training focusing on gaining strength, increased flexibility and mobility.
About the training
Drawing upon her dance and yoga training along with studies as a personal trainer and long-time yoga instructor, Regina offers up a unique experience to ensure optimal body conditioning focusing on both strength and mobility.
This 4 week program meets 2x a week (participants are encouraged to attend all sessions) for 50 minutes working with light weights, resistance bands and more. This training is beginner friendly and open to all skill levels regardless of workout experience.

Meet your instructor
Regina Rocke
Regina has been in NYC since 2004. With BFA and MFA degrees in Dance, she toured professionally for years as a performer. In 2014, she got her 200-hour yoga teacher training and now teaches barre, strength, and cardio group fitness. In 2018, she completed her 300-hour yoga teaching certification and became a NASM-certified personal trainer in 2022. With a decade of boutique and gym fitness experience, she designs workouts focusing on strength and mobility.
